Frequently Asked Questions

Q) How do I get to your camp?

A) We are currently working on a map to post on our site.

For winter access, you will need skis, or a vehicle with tracks to get to our camp. There is no summer access due to numerous water crossings.

Q) How long does it take to get to your camp?

A) The trail is around 35km long, and it takes approx. 2 hours by snowmobile. On foot will take substantially longer.

Q) Can you pick me up from the highway?

A) Unfortunately no. You are responsible for your own transport to and from our camp. We are also not responsible for the security of your conveyance while it is parked at the highway.

Q) What dates are you open?

A) We are open from mid-December until the end of March.

Q) What do I need to bring with me?

A) You are required to bring your own food, drinking water, sleeping bag and pillow. It's recommended to bring something along for protection from wildlife, and whatever supplies you deem necessary for safe backcountry travel.

Q) I'm a musher, can I come out with my dog team?

A) We're not set up for dogs yet, but it is planned for the 2026-2027 winter season. Contact us and we can discuss a temporary site for them.
